By accessing and using Coastal Flow Studio's services, website, and facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coastal Flow Studio. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Coastal Flow Studio, while "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Coastal Flow Studio provides yoga instruction, wellness workshops, and related services. Our services are intended for individuals who are physically able to participate in yoga and wellness activities.

Class Participation: You must arrive on time for classes. Late entry may be denied to maintain the integrity of the class and safety of all participants. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Health and Safety: You acknowledge that participation in yoga and wellness activities involves inherent risks. You must consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. You participate at your own risk and release Coastal Flow Studio from any liability for injury or harm.

Studio Etiquette: Please maintain a quiet, respectful environment. Mobile devices must be silenced during classes. Photography and recording are not permitted without explicit consent from instructors and all participants.

Payment: All fees must be paid in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing members.

Membership: Membership packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Unused classes from packages may expire according to the terms of each specific package.

Cancellation Policy: Class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. No-shows will be charged the full class fee. Private sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management. Medical exemptions may be considered with proper documentation.

You understand and acknowledge that physical exercise and yoga practice involves inherent risks of injury or death. You voluntarily participate in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Coastal Flow Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from your participation in our services.

Coastal Flow Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Flow Studio from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to class sequences, instructional materials, music playlists, and workshop content, is the intellectual property of Coastal Flow Studio or our licensed instructors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any of our proprietary content without express written permission. This includes recording classes or workshops for any purpose.

Our studio name, logo, and branding materials are protected trademarks and may not be used without permission.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your contact information to send you important updates about classes, schedule changes, and promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Coastal Flow Studio is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all community members. We expect all participants to treat each other with respect and kindness.

Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate physical contact, or any behavior that makes others uncomfortable is strictly prohibited. This includes verbal, physical, or written harassment based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other personal characteristic.

Dress Code: Please wear appropriate yoga attire that allows for comfortable movement and maintains modesty. Clothing should be clean and non-offensive.

Violation of our code of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Studio facilities are for the exclusive use of registered participants during designated class times. Loitering before or after classes is not permitted without prior arrangement.

Personal Property: Coastal Flow Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure and do not leave items unattended.

Cleanliness: Please help maintain our studio by cleaning up after yourself and respecting shared spaces. Eating is not permitted in practice rooms.

Any damage to studio property caused by negligent or intentional acts will be charged to the responsible party at replacement cost.
